Welcome to Yoga For Living, where Anusara Inspired Instructor Michael Downing, along with a staff of qualified teachers, has provided a nurturing space for students of all levels for over 6 years.  In addition to daily yoga classes, we offer private yoga instruction, massage, ear candling and in the fall of 2008 we will have a full-time physical therapist on staff.
