RajaYoga Meditation is for peace, happiness, and stability of mind.  Daily practice of RajaYoga Meditation can enable one to deepen self-awareness, increase concentration, and learn positive thinking skills – tools to become stress-free and regain control over our lives.  A basic course in meditation takes 8-10 weeks.  We offer group meditation on Thursdays and Sundays.  Monthly programs: “Women of Spirit” – first Saturday; and “World Meditation Day” – third Sunday.  All events and classes are free.  Spiritual counseling available on request.
